Entire neighborhood having connection trouble
My phone, wife's phone, neighbor's phone, messages don't go through, calls don't come through. But, only in this neighborhood. Everywhere else, all the phones work normally. T-Mobile says that it isn't happening and refuses to discuss the issue. Where do I go or who do I talk to for help?
safe to say its a network issue...you will need to get a ticket put in for the network by either dialing 611 or through Facebook/Twitter..the later two options land you with a higher tier support than the call in ones.
