I too called too discuss this same issue the so called 200.00 visa had a choice of receiving the card or having it deducted from my billing within 12 weeks of offer has been over that and I am still paying tje total bill. Also when received the new tower discounted one of the towers i and😡 took me almost to months to get the return label that i was told would be emailed to me which   never came tell this phone call. Meanwhile they charged me for the 2 months of service on that tower. The agent i spoke to seen and apologies and said i would be credited and she would call me on Monday about the gift cart well its been 10 days now return phone call od credited for the charged months
