Getting Dropped Call Message, "Improper Format"

Losing money with REPEATED calls that “connect” than immediately Disconnect leaving a Box saying,

“Incorrect number format: The number you dialed is incomplete”

. Uh .. No .. EVERY number I dial is THE CORRECT FORMAT because EVERYONE AROUND ME IN MY OFFICE IS DIALING THE SAME AREA CODES, SAME “FORMAT” .. SO .. NO ..  

  1. T-Mobile Customer Service: “Everything looks good on our end.” 
  2. COX .. “Everything looks good on our end.” 
  3. T-Mobile Customer Service(Call Back again) Wait on Hold for HALF an HOUR
  4. Back to the Store(been there like 10X to deal with this) they “seem” friendly, but never take care of the problem.

    We tried a number from two different of our T-Mobile phones and got the same issue. No matter how many times we tried either using without the #1 or using with the one using with the plus one we could not connect and got the message. 

  • Same-  The only this is happening to only one number in my phone.
