i had three lines . one line for me, primary account holder and one line each for my two children. i am in the process of switching carriers, so i went ahead and ported my line over and the two kids. i was trying to activate an esim on my line with new carrier no luck, but i never got around to the kids line. so i guess their still active with tmobile , the problem is tmobile blocked my account with them. how do you get back in your account .
