Internet residencial

Switched to T-Mobile home internet almost a year ago to save money but lately my connection has been awful! Working from home and constantly having to deal with the internet going down. My phone doesn't operate properly while on WiFi. I've rebooted my router and did a factory reset and it's still not better.

    I'll assume that you have an Arcadyan/Nokia router ?

    I'd recommend calling the T-Mobile Home Internet support line, and possibly request a replacement device (note:  if you're replacing, take pictures/video of your device on all sides - as there have been stories about T-Mobile charging customers for 'damage').
