How do I dial my wife's phone when she is in France and I am in New York?
Spouse in France isn't getting my phone calls from NY. Tech support says her phone is not blocking me, but they haven't managed to provide me with an answer. Suggestions? I've used multiple calling options I see on the web. She has international data plan in place.
Dial +1 and her area code and number
Dial 001 and her area code and number
Dial 011-33-1 and her area code and number. (from TM tech support) None of these have worked.
Dial her number as if she were next door--doesn’t work.
Your suggestions will be appreciated. She can get my texts as if she's in NY.
Does she have roaming turned on in her devices settings? If she is in rural France, coverage might not be available in that area or the band deployed there might not be compatible with her device. You should be able to reach her by dialing her number normally.
