How report dead spot / dead zone to T-mobile
What’s the best way to report coverage issues?

In my experience, you write your request on a piece of paper, light a candle and burn the paper to hope the gods hear you. T-Mobile knows where the dead spots are. They just aren't dedicated to 100% coverage.

By giving tech support a call at 611. You could also submit any coverage issues you are having to the T-Force Team by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter.

Daily I have no phone/Internet service at the mall located at 1511 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance CA 90278. Aside from here, I have total access. How can you fix this?

Torrance with no service ?!
That address has a site literally across the street, and the mall has a small internal site.

Agree. But very seldom access for me, usually a big X.

Do you have an old(er) device , or unlocked ‘non-branded’ ?

Surprisingly all working well since my post. Phone is branded, 4 years old.

Total dead spot! Nothing works in this area. If I park somewhere else the tmobile network works. Idk why all of a sudden it is like this now. It started about 3 weeks ago.
