How to report 5G dead spot?
According to 5G coverage map, we are supposed to be in 5G Ultra coverage, but our street only gets LTE, and the next street over also only gets LTE, everywhere else in this neighborhood in West San Jose gets 5G UC. The whole length of Doyle road only gets LTE, but at each of its ends (Lawrence and Saratoga) there is 5G UC. My 1000 dollar iphone is kinda wasted on LTE.
Welcome to TMobile and their infamous over exaggerated coverage maps. First step. dial 611 and deal with support. They may have some issues or updates.
Typically, your phone should at least show 5g, but I don't know west San Jose that well.
Beyond that… visit your local TMobile Corp store and ask what's up.
Basically anything that shows 5g like that … is kinda useless
