hp deskjet 2755e to wifi

I have this issue with my Canon printer. Something about the tmobile setup won't allow for the printer to connect to the network. It has been a huge pain. I have been on Canon forums and even bought a WiFi repeater to try to amend the problem at the suggestion of other users, but nothing works. I thought maybe it was a Canon problem, but it seems maybe it's a DeskJet problem too? Curious if others have experienced the same thing with other printers?

THe problem wasn't resolved. I bought my HP printer a year ago and still can't print on it. What a pain in the butt

My HP all-in-one Deskjet 2755e shows connection to the t-mobile router , but the printer cannot be found by the HPSmart setup app.  This is a continuing issue.  I cannot find a way to use a USB connection in this instance. What is wrong??  This should be easy, but is a MESS.  By now, HP should be easy to connect to the T-Mobile gateway router.
