Why can’t I use home internet at my vacation home
only told I can use it at billing address
It's a new requirement and it's now can only be used at one location.
A few recommendations and questions
- Go to / use speedtest.net. see how good/poor your performance really is vs signal
- Use the placement tool and attempt to locate your best signal.
- If you have an Android cellphone, or know where your closest tower is, that will help. Cellmapper.net app (Android) may have it mapped. Look for the best line of site
- Look to Nater Tater and get an external antenna and mount it outside (see his YouTube channel). A small change can yield big results.
I just signed up yesterday for him internet. My service is good then it says weak. Is there something else I need to get to get better signals or to boost my streaming services Thankyou
