Iphone Siri Cannot Find My Location

About 6 weeks my internet connection was extremely slow but has since been resolved. Now I am having random incidents on my Iphone 13 where Siri will give a response of "I don't know where you are" or "I can't find your current location". The only way to fix it is to go to the Maps or Find My apps which has my correct location.

I went to my local Tmobile store and they replaced the Sim card but that did not resolve the issue. This issue does not seem to be occurring when I am on Wifi. They referred me to Apple who I am working with but they seem to believe it is an issue with the provider and not a hardware/software issue with the phone.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Siri not finding their location? Its as if I am somehow losing location services sporadically.
