Just about done with Tmobile
Im so done with Tmobile!! Ive been with them for at least 10 yrs and the last probably 4 years ive had issues with texts not being sent or received. this has happened on 2 different phones. ive used ...
out of curiosity was your phone with another carrier prior to joining TMO. this is noticed the most with accounts that were transferred from another carrier.
also for what its worth contacting TMO through either Facebook or Twitter starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
