Just don't make sense

Why is it that in chatting they ask you to sign in, but you’re already logged in, just don’t make sense and I have the so call toward for me when I’m working remotely from home and it works when it wants to.

I had to when I need it,  to reboot it, so unreal, making me constantly to go turn on my hotspot in which I never had a issue with??????
