Messages containing our domain name are not being sent or received
The domain name for our business seem to be on a blacklist that t-mobile uses. any text message that includes our domain name is filtered out and is not getting delivered. No indication is displayed...

Try reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter. They start at a tier 2 level of support. They should be able to get this resolved for you as long as the issue is on T-Mobile's end. If Google or Apple have blocked the link, which would depend on the platform you are using. You will have to reach out to their support to have it resolved.
