multiple devices connected to arcadian 5g home internet. some have internet and some do not

You might want to use a WiFi analyzer and take note of what channels your Arcadyan is broadcasting on.  It could be that the router has changed channels (which happens occasionally) and those 2 devices are having a problem with the channel change (especially if it has selected DFS channels in the WiFi 6 standard).
