Need to contact the Executive Response Team
The Nokia x100 phone I purchased at a Tmobile store will not access the Tmobie calling system. I need someone at the Tmobile Executive Response Team to e-mail me at (email) or call me at # to get them to assist me in solving this problem. The local Tmobie store and the Tmobile chat room technical assistance has not been able to solve the problem.

Thanks for reaching out @mustangric We want to make sure that everything on the account is fully taken care of even though Sirval is no longer with the company. I was able to find Sirval's team and I let them know that you were waiting on a resolution for your situation. I am not sure how long it might take them to get back to you. You can also try to get back to our Executive Response Team the same way you did the first time. Either way, I'm sure your case will be reassigned and you will get taken care of. 😀

Went to get a new phone with my father Sept.14 2024 and he gets phone home i can’t reach him ask customer service to help me and they were no help to me at all my fathers 84 i want to help him any way i can your customer service sucks!!!!

Hello my name is Khadijah Fair & I am reaching out to hopefully reach someone in corporate or executive position. I have an account with TMobile and I sent in a remittance and it was received on your end on 09/23/2024 I have been calling trying to check the status of my stamp endorsed remittance and have had no luck with that. Also I sent in a remittance in August and it was not endorsed properly so it was not accepted but I have yet to receive my negotiable instrument back as of yet. I sent my remittance in September to the CFO of TMobile and still have yet to reach the proper department to know the status of my account. Please I hope to hear back soon…
