My gateway says to contact support. Code WLN502 It's not connecting with my vizio. I can't search for tmobile-a751 a751 is not connecting to my vizio tv D32h-J09 model number
This could indicate a hardware problem, and you might need to get a replacement gateway. You need to call in. The support here is "peer to peer."
