No longer registered at home but my husband's phone is
I was with sprint since 1996, the change over actually did not change our quality of service and it's been FINE, until this week. My phone has stopped working at my house and I get the "not registered" yada yada. Less than a mile it way it works without a reboot (although dropped calls and connection is more frequent but I still have service)
I have a samsung s22 and my husband has a Samsung A32 (cheaper, almost free) phone and his is 100% normal (we are on the same account). Many calls, chats, promises and dropped calls later, I am no better off. I have tried EVERYTHING there is from simply resetting network to factoy reset. Even cleared a partition and messed around in safe mode, you name it and I've likely tried it. Elevated support even changed an address that was in my account from 2007 and said that would fix it...
So frustrating! If it's my phone, t-mobile didn't even suggest that. I have 5 lines, and switching carriers this weekend because my my horrible experience and now no data service at home. Anyone else experience this scenario?

Try swapping sim cards and check to see if it's the sim or phone.
