I’ve had no signal for the past day and this is not the first that has happened, I’m considering switching to cricket since my roommate has no issues with signal, we also have tmoblie wifi which says “no internet connection” so it’s not my device being faulty

Did you purchase your device from T-Mobile or is it a BYOD? Check and make sure your APN settings are correct.

If you are using a prepaid account. Make sure you have an active plan. Have you tried performing a network reset in the device settings? After doing this, you should power off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network.
