Other T-Mobil users cannot connect to my T-Mobil phone. But a Verizon user can .
A friend with T-Mobil gets one bleep and thats it. No rings. Another caller with Verizon service gets thru to me with no problems.

is it every person that calls you has an issue or just a small handful of people and the rest are able to call just fine?

both of you fully delete all info for each other..texts, call history etc including all their contact info..restart your phone and then both of you put each others info back in. since its only affecting technically one device its gotta be something either on their end or yours but only linked to the two of you.
give this a try..worse case its a refresh of their info into your phone and vise versa..

To make a long story short. My cousin had to go to her Verizon store in MI to find the answer .When she called it went straight to voice mail but the Verizon guy figured it out and said it is a common problem with Samsung phones So here are the steps……
Download the blue head google contacts to your phone. You probably already have this contact list but if not go to the Google Play store and say "google contacts".Then download. Click on the contact your having trouble with and scroll to the bottom where it says "route to voice mail. Make sure it is set to "route to voice mail" and that is it.
I went to a local T Mobile store and the idiot just said it was a tower problem but did check my phone with his and said it is a Verizon problem-NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!
Thank God my cousin went into the Verizon store!! Problem solved!!!!
