phone signal issues since 4-8-24 in IL

Has anyone else in Northern IL had signal issues with their phones? I'll at best show 2 bars and people will say the call drops off on the other end. I have never experienced this being a long time T-Mobile user. 
Apple user. Phone is on highest update but that was before this cell signal started. It has to be a tower/satellite issue.
