If CS can’t ‘do the needful’, then you need to escalate - try a BBB complaint.

When will the outage be done? Is there really an outage? Are the engineers really working to make the towers do its job? I haven't had a consistent internet connection for a month already.

Typically… unless it is a tower rebuild (Sprint → T-Mobile) I’d expect less than 2 days.
Even Sprint → T-Mobile took 2-3 weeks.
I’d recommend following up with T-Mobile advanced technical support team (good luck) or worse … BBB filing if they keep dragging it.

I totally agree with you and its all a lie about speed and I have had AT&T and Sprectrum and not one of these deliver what they advertise; nor do they have anyone who knows the system or equipment. So just like dealing with the government or local companies we pay them for nothing.
