Contact T-MObile for the white modem with the external antenna ports. If you really need service on this, you can get external antenna (not much more than T-Mobile's) from Waveform, but much better results (See youtube channel for NaterTater)
Hi had black modem, wasn't perfect but was stable for the most part.
Updated to the new white one and it's terrible.
Suggestions?
