I'm dealing with the exact same issues as others on this thread. I set the CellSpot up according to instructions, but have been getting the flashing Green and solid Orange lights.
The troubleshooting procedure for this error lights says "Ensure ports UDP 500, UDP 4500 and UDP 123 are opened." I have an AT&T DSL home network (serviced by Sonic) with an Arris Modem Router NVG589 (Motorola). I configured Port Forwarding for these ports, but that hasn't worked.
