Hey.. welcome to tmobile. I am a sprint legacy and since I was forced to switch to tmobil I have a lot of not connection errors, dropped calls. Not connectivity. Etc. I was told many times that it was my simcard. I explained that it is the signal in the area amd to please provide an antenna. According to them they had the best signal in the city: 5G. I am finding out that it is just a ghost signal amd it truly doesn't work well. This is one of the reasons I don't want to get their cheap home internet.
I don't change to att because service and full coverage is worst amd I will love to use Verizon but it is way overpriced. We are stuck with tmobile.
Good luck trying to find a solution.
