Yeah. It's a huge cluster. I, too am currently on the phone with customer support.
I signed up for TMO Home Net 11 months ago. I've called once before and they said, "the gift card is in process and should be mailed shortly." That was 4 weeks ago.
Now, here I am, on hold while they, "check the back office." I don't think they'll be holding up their end of the deal.
At this point, I just want to know if they're going to send the thing or not. If not, that'll speed up the process of switching BACK to Cox Internet. TMO Home Internet is not that impressive.
