The agent who set up my service in February never told me I had to do the rebate myself. So my sister and myself waited to see if it would come. When it didn't we both called and they put in the rebate on June 19. Mine has been pending since June 19 my sister got her accepted that same day. She got her rebate August 19 I on the other hand am still waiting. When I called to find out what was going on they kept telling it's up to 10 weeks. But if we both did ours on the same day why did hers get accepted and mine is still pending? Why did she receive her rebate and I am still waiting? When I talk with the promotions department they say 10 weeks but when I talk to the other agents they tell me I should've gotten it already. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😡😡😡
