poor connection

Good luck. There's a tower up US-101 that's been down for 6 months, and the other is decommissioned. Rep's don't even acknowledge that there was a tower.
I’d recommend hitting up FB/Twitter/X which have US based tech support to try and get some info.
Alternatively - if its Home Internet - there’s a dedicated number for it.
As far as class action - you'll have some trouble with that until you go arbitration. I'd say try social media / HomeInternet number .. if that doesn't work, go up the food chain through BBB / PUC /FCC.

same here. its been like 3 weeks , one bar , goes to SOS and I am in the house or outside and still the same. what can be done? Has anyone else reach out to tmobil?
