Replacement for 4G LTE signal booster?
We've had a 4G LTE window unit signal booster for a few years but the actual unit died. I see it has been discontinued. Is there anything similar that can improve our overall home signal? Our neighborhood seems to be a dead zone for TMobile though it was fine with Verizon.
Is this for just boosting service for your cellphone, and have ‘home internet’ through another provider ?
Booster (using existing signal) - you pretty much need to go external like ‘WeBoost’, and get authorization from T-Mobile, due to newer FCC rules (probably why they stopped with existing).
Similarly, a 'cellspot' uses your 'home internet' connection (if you have one) to 'boost' (generate) a 4G LTE signal. T-Mobile still has them, and tries to pawn them off to me for use in the forest (which won't work).
Can you turn on Wi-Fi calling on all your cell phones?
