Report Poor Reception

I spend a lot of time driving around Walpole, MA. Since early spring, much of the area gets no Internet connection. Not even 4G signals. Where can I report this to T-Mobile? It's incredibly frustrating how bad it's become.

    Just make sure that you don't post it to John Saw or other T-Mobile pages.  They actually blocked me because I've asked for updates on a +6 month outage.

    You can reach out to our T-Force team through the social media icons at the bottom of this page. They are fantastic! They can take a look at the area and provide any options to help out. 

  • Thanks for the response. It's a suburb of Boston. It has rural parts but much of it is neighborhoods. My issue is that it wasn't this bad until about 4 months ago. Something has definitely changed.

    Is there a way to let T-Mobile know?

    It's been a few years since I've been in that part of MA.  Walpole is kinda rural (i.e. T-Mobile's  not known for its rural coverage).
