Seems Tmobile has recycle their 2021 with 2005 towers! No services 99% of the time!
I can't use my one year old S22 ultra phone unless I use my home Spectrum internet. I can't make a phone call, text or use the phone's internet. When I leave my home I can't use live Google map unles...

I'd recommend contacting T-Mobile vs. a customer forum. Since you've gone through 1st level, and they haven't performed any 'fixes', contact the BBB and file a complaint. While there is no 'contract', T-Mobile did have service in your area, and appears to now not have service, and your device was purchased through them, I assume ?
