SLOW 5G after 14 days ABOVE 120 mb/s

This is not a good look for T-Mobile

 

BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

If slowdown is due to TOO MANY CUSTOMERS ON A TOWER the BE HONEST about it.

Do not GASLIGHT your customers

    I have been on Home Internet Lite for 2 years.  Decent download speeds.  Even faster starting this winter when I changed out old Gate way for the Sagemcom Fast gateway, varying from 30 to over 100 mbps.  I was invited at the end of April to join unlimited Home Internet.  Since then, I range on a half hourly basis from .2 to 15 mbps, fluctuating constantly.  I have been in contact with tech support for the past month.  Their opinion is that my site is at fault.  However, that is the same site that I have been at for the past 2 years.  Very frustrating.
