Sporadic weak phone service
Hola everyone,
For the past month, my husband and I have had issues with our phones. Calls go straight to voicemail and some text messages do not go through. They were working perfectly fine for over a year since we got them. We called 4 different times and none of the representatives have resolved. Each rep has told us the same thing, "I will contact you once resolved". No one has called. One of the reps said our phones were locked and they were unlocked. Did not resolve. The other rep said it's our phones. We need to reset mobile settings. Did that and it did not resolve. Then one rep said something that makes perfect sense. The towers are being upgraded. Supposedly the engineer team is fixing that "today". I said well let me give it a shot and get a new phone. Low and behold I purchase a new phone to see if it is the issue. Did the issue get fixed? No it did not! I am still having phone service issues. So all this time it was not our phones, it is T-Mobile's towers! I do not wish to call them since last time we spent almost 3 hours trying to resolve this issue and some reps were nice but supervisors not really. Does anyone know at all who I can escalate this complaint to? It's very frustrating and even our work calls are not going through. Gracias

It is not the device. We are having the same issue, missing or no calls or texts coming through. Was just on hold for 10 mins with customerservice. Will try again soon.

Update on my phone issue. We got the new sim cards. We tried them on both phones (mind you my phone I just purchased and it's brand new). All was working great yesterday. Today 7/16/2024, it is still giving the same issues! Text messages are not sending and calls are not coming in. This is a big issue T-Mobile has to fix since many customers are having the same issues. For us it has been over a month this problem began. If someone has a valid explanation or some kind of update on this please post. We've had to use WhatsApp to make calls and it is uncalled for to pay for a service that does not work to its full standards. Calling T-Mobile will be the same run around of trying to troubleshoot when it is not fully admitted by them it is a T-Mobile issue.

I am having the same issues with our phones- recently switched to TMobile- and I maybe sorry we did. Initially great customer service and now being ignored. Dropped calls- calls not going through- i can be on the phone with my husband and he is 10 miles away and I hear every other word he says- sounds like he is a robot! I was supposed to have an appointment that the manager set up with me at 1:30- it is now 3:00 and we have not spoken. I am very frustrated. Anyone have suggestions?

Today is 7/19/2024, and I am still having issues with my phone. Yesterday I got a call from my doctor but it went straight to voicemail. I am also still getting calls from my job and also going straight to voicemail. Also text works then it does not work. I try to send text messages and it stays stuck sending then it said Not Sent. Ever since the merge with Sprint happened, there has been nothing but problems with my phone service.

Phones are about keeping the lines of communication open. When calls and texts don't work, you might as well have a paper weight. Having to call multiple times to get help can also be extremely frustrating. I would highly recommend reaching out to our T-Force team by sending a message on one of the social media platforms linked at the bottom of this page. They are a fantastic team and great at getting things resolved.
