T-Mobile branded phone won't connect to Excess Telecom SIM. It only works on Wi-fi.

Hola @robotjellyfish Have you been able to get your Cat S26 working with that Excess Telecom SIM card? Restarting the phone and working on the network settings you mentioned is a great start for troubleshooting.
Other things I would recommend are
- trying a manual network selection to try and force the phone onto the Excess Telecom/T-Mobile network. Sometimes this is just the push it needs.
- Master reset the phone. It can be a bit of a process to back-up your information, so nothing is lost, but it is possible that starting from a clean slate with the Excess Telecom SIM inserted will help ensure that the phone is reading all the info from the SIM card instead of saved settings.
