Good luck. I’ve filed FCC complaints in the past, and you’ll hear that T-Mobile’s response is ‘T-Mobile doesn’t guarantee coverage’, and the map approximates coverage.
Sadly, in many areas coverage can be correct (IMHO) under the following circumstances:
- Terrain is entirely flat
- There are absolutely NO objects between your device and the tower
- The tower’s panel/antenna is pointed in your direction
- Your device has no cover, and you are outdoors pointing in the direction of the tower that you can physically see.
In some areas, I can have service from +10 miles with +40Mbps service. Eg. Cambria LTE B66 2nd story of a house with a view of Hearst Castle. Walk downstairs to street level where there is a house in between myself and the tower … it becomes 'No Service'.
At 10 miles, and midband, it doesn't take much to obscure the signal. Morning fog/clouds are enough to cause issues.
