tmobile 5G
I have T-Mobile 5G service in my home. I am only getting 2 Bar signal (Weak) on the Modem, no matter where in the house that I move the modem. Most of the time it works fine for all my devices. The internet does lose connection frequently for about 1 minute. Is there a way to boost the single even to GOOD would be a great help! Sometimes i have to reboot the modem completely to get the signal back.
Gracias

I'd recommend having them replace it (call their home internet number) with the one that has external antenna ports (free), and check out the NaterTater youtube and determine whether you want to invest in an external antenna. In general, I've found the g4se to be 'slightly' better than the Arcadyan KVD-21
Adding the ‘internal’ quad-mini gave only slight improvement (I already have good download - as high as possible from the tower), and kept the device from dropping to n71 (n41 preferred), and improvement on upload.
Eg. This morning, service hit 704Mbps/35.8Mbps with service showing as ‘good’.

Thank you formercanuck for your reply, I have a Nokia 5g21 modem so I assume I have to go to t-Mobile for a fix.

Do you have the Arcadyan g4ar/se modem? This device has external antenna ports, and you can obtain an external antenna (recommend Waveform over the TMobile for many reasons -.TMobile support even recommended over theirs due to return policy alone).

- If you have this device… you can test these antenna. Recommend outdoor placement
- If you do not, contact TMobile for the Arcadyan g4ar/se (white model)
