Unable to sign into apple ID for facetime after new sim
Recently switched to T-Mobile. Have an iPad with a virtual sim (tried a couple of different sims) and cannot connect to Facetime. Keep getting an error and cant connect to apple id for using facetime while on cellular. No issue when on wifi
Tried all the troubleshooting:
reinicio
reset settings
replace sim
turn off/on facetime
etc...
the sim only controls what network the phone should be looking at..it has zero control over anything internal on the phone including apps..something else is going on but i dont think its linked to the new sim.
Correct. Only FaceTime on cellular doesn't work. Rest does.
do you have any mobile data at all? you can perform anything else minus facetime using TMO data and not wifi?
yes i did
Have you tried verifying the Network Data Settings to make sure they are correct?
