Weak Internet Signal for 22+ hours
My Internet signal has been weak for 22+ hours. It's basically useless right now. I have the new gateway. I have tried all necessary steps and suggestions and nothing has changed. I am being told by customer service they are doing maintenance on one of the towers within my vicinity. I live at Rita Ranch area and I'm wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.
That's interesting. You are in Tennessee and I am in Arizona. Hhmmh.... What are the odds they are doing maintenance on a tower in Tennessee and a tower in Arizona on the same exact weekend. And as they did with you, they took my payment out today as well. I know mine was still off after 9:30 last night. It is working fine again this morning. Next multi hour outage, I will be going back to Cox Internet. They aren't the greatest, but I never experienced an outage such as this one. Thanks for the reply.
Yes I am East TN and have been experiencing same problem since Sunday morning. Internet is unusable and as usual they took out payment today
