What’s up with T-Mobile home Internet?
Does anyone know what's going on with T-Mobile home Internet in the La Cañada area? All week the signal either drops too close to zero or it is peeking at its normal 500 down and 30 up. It doesn't seem to be any pattern per se. I can't get anyone on the phone from Support for the last three days. if this is a service interruption that's one thing. if it's a part of some sort of upgrade and is planned it's another. I've spent an hour on hold and not received and no one picks up. Any information would be helpful. Gracias.
