34000 Sagemcom Fast 5688W gateways Bricked
Due to a major snafu, a firmware update managed to bricked 34000 Sagemcom gateways. Since the gateways are bricked and no longer able to access internet, the fix can't be done over the air. You will have to call T-Mobile to arrange an exchange.
I just received replacement gateway. Make sure you check box before you send back the old one. They sent me a kvd21 gateway but with no power adapter, no quick start guide - nothing in the box but the gateway. So probably a return from someone else.
