Gateway 5G G4AR

anyone knows where to get the new Gateway 5G G4AR?

I live in Los Angeles and visited few stores, they all said that didn’t even know about it

thank you!

  • @Nacho, Nater Tater has this video on YouTube on how he got the T-Mobile G4AR gateway:

  • @TomR1945, have you tried adding a line using TMO’s website? https://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet/eligibility?INTNAV=tNav:CheckAvailability It might be worth a try becuase the stores might not be on the same page as the online site.

If you can order a second line online,  I believe that in the Nater Tater referenced video it is mentioned that in the ordering process a code shows indicating the gateway one is going to receive.  If it is not the G4AR, one can cancel the ordering process.  Again, it might be woth a try.

I’m in Florida and my local store tells me I cannot exchange, upgrade, purchase, order or otherwise obtain the new G4AR router.

As Nater Tater said in the above referenced video, if you add a second Home Internet line, you MAY get the new gateway. When I asked my local store rep to add the new line, I was told I could not because my area was at max capacity.

So I guess it comes down to waiting for T-Mo to get their act together and make this gateway available as an option or outright purchase.

Yes, henry, the T-Mo rep tried to add the second account but when he got to adding my address everything came to a screeching halt! My area is at it's maximum capacity and no new accounts can be added. I just tried again using your link and it would not even accept my address.

I think I will try using a bogus address for service and my address for billing.
