Have to reboot gateway every morning

For the last 3 days, none of my devices have connectivity  to the internet.  The gateway shows that devices are connected. T-Life shows that no devices are connected. I have to do a hard reboot - take power cord out for 10 seconds, and then will finally get internet. 

Whatever is happening, is occurring early morning - around 4 am central time.

 

I had this same issue a few years ago and posted in this forum but I cannot find the resolution. The issue is definitely on TMobile's end. Very frustrating. 

 

 

  • Hi, consider the disconnected status in the morning to be advantageous.  Consider restarting all networked devices daily, including your gateway/server, desktop PC's, and mobile/cellular phones.
