I know you are looking for answers to your question. Please don't take this the wrong way. But why would you not do your research before you bought the product instead of after if you had questions about its functions. I understand the salespeople told you it would do this, and it has that, but you have to research what you are unaware of before you buy. In some cases, Google is our Friend.
