New Modems and Antennas
When will the Modem/Router with the Antenna hook-up become availible? Personally,I think the antenna should be included with the modem at no charge. It's not the subscribers fault the signal is weak.
you would ask in an area more dedicated to home net equipment

Alternatively, they could put a cell tower in front of your window.
