Problems with Device Scheduling through the tmobile app
I have schedules set up on my wifi so that way our TVs don't use data during the day and they're set to go off at a certain time at night so the kids aren't up all night watching. But I've noticed it hasn't been working despite the schedule.
The app says that the device is disabled until the time but the devices still have internet. They all have unique names so I know for certain it's the device I need to be off at that time. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem and no one seems to have an answer. I have scheduled devices to turn off so kids don't use them at night. I can no longer set schedules or update schedules. Will not let me disconnect devices either.
