Copatiible Wifi Extender with the TMobile 5G Internet Gateway?

Thanks Cali Cat. I have done the factory reset on both devices with the same result. I am not using WPS …. am using the app from each supplier to them set up. They accept the same SSID and PW for the 2.4 and 5.0 ghz bans separately …. that doesn't seem to be the issue. The error message asks if the router utilizes an Access Control List and if it does it gives the MAC address to enter. I tried to resolve with TMO customer service but got no real help.
