Sagemcom uses *entire* IP range for DHCP any fixes?

Okay this is silly. I have multiple devices that I would prefer a static IP address on (printer, NAS) and the Sagemcom device is assigning DHCP from like 12.2 all the way to 12.254 as far as I can tell.

Any solutions to this?
