The LCD screen of my gateway is on but no words are displayed
When I bought my Gateway, everything worked normal, however, now, the light will show up, but no words are written on the screen. Sometimes the Internet works sometimes it doesn't, I do check the app and it seems to be OK. I've moved locations a couple times. It was excellent now it's good, but working well enough at the moment, concerning that no words are listed in the display.
@Cscrane , if the LED display has issues, then you have an internal defect in the gateway device. you should return it to your local TM store and request an exchange unit. Or, you could try to reset the device and see if that corrects the issue. The reset button is on the bottom or back of the device.
