No Display on Gateway
Just connected Tmobile gateway and wondering if it’s normal to have no display or indication at all if functioning or not ?
@Nivlac, The power cord needs to be plugged into the bottom USB-C port in the back of the gateway and then the power button right next to the bottom USB-C port needs to be pressed.
Here is the user manual for the Sagecom gateway:

After the gateway has completed it's boot-up process the LCD display will go off to save power and it's not supposed to stay lit. Just press any button on the front and the LCD display will come back on for a few minutes and then shut off again. Just because the LCD display is off doesn't mean the Gateway isn't working. You can use the T-Mobile Internet app on your phone to manage the gateway remotely and check it's status.
