wifi connection but no internet connection
We have had T mobile for over a year with no issues worked awesome A tower went down and has been repaired can no longer connect to the internet went through tech support trouble shooting and have replaced gate way 3 times had the store set up last gateway to ensure done correctly still no gate way internet connection why cain’t we get reconnected ? one tech support suggested get a different provider we would rather not seeing how we had such great service for over a year any suggestions
OK we figured this out for know connection not as robust as original but hopefully will be when towers are fully repaired moved gateway to the center of house away from all windows and now we have internet connection not sure why when app tells me this is not a goo place but at least we have internet
@r59ick, when you call customer support, you might ask for a Home Internet Specialist. Early on, when I was trying to resolve signal issues, I called customer support, they referred me to a Home Internet Specialist. I don't know if they still exist, but you can give them try. Also, use a tool like cell mapper.net to look for another tower in you area that you could use.

yes we have talked with several Home Internet Specialist the last one we just talked with said give it more time could be a month before tower is up and running to capacity not exactly what we wanted to hear but what choice do we have if we stay with T mobile when operating correctly can’t beat the service for the price

I've been trying to connect to my T-Mobile internet with a Fire tablet. I keep getting an error saying Connection, no internet. I took the tablet to work and it connected with internet right away. Everything else at my house works fine. ¿Me pueden ayudar?
